Welcome to Eona, a mobile application (the “App”) that provides AI-generated tarot readings and other esoteric insights such as BaZi and I-Ching. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction
   These Terms govern your use of the App, which is operated by 4AVS Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). The App delivers AI-powered spiritual content intended for personal reflection and entertainment.
2. Age Requirement
   You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this App.
3. Services and Content
   Eona offers spiritual and personal-growth experiences for entertainment purposes only. All readings and content are generated using artificial intelligence and should not be considered professional advice (including legal, medical, or financial advice).
4. Account and Phone Verification
   Some features may require phone-number verification. In certain jurisdictions (e.g., Mainland China), real-name authentication may be required by local law.
5. Data Use and Cross-Border Transfers
   We collect, process, and store data globally. By using the App, you consent to your data being transferred to—and processed in—countries outside your own, including but not limited to the United States and member states of the European Union.
6. User Responsibilities
   You agree not to:
   • Post unlawful, hateful, or offensive content
   • Violate any intellectual-property rights
   • Use the App for political manipulation or harmful purposes
   In Mainland China, you also agree to comply with PRC regulations—for example, you must not undermine national unity, security, or public morality.
7. Intellectual Property
   All content, illustrations, AI responses, and branding are the property of 4AVS Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the App without prior written consent.
8. Subscription & Payments
   Some features are available via in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms. We do not store your payment details.
9. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
10. Suspension or Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
11. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by:
    • United States law for users located in the U.S.
    • Laws of the People’s Republic of China for users in Mainland China
    • English law (or Hong Kong law) for all other users, unless local mandatory law requires otherwise
