2. Age Requirement
   You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this App.
3. Services and Content
   Eona offers spiritual and personal-growth experiences for entertainment and reflection purposes only. All content is generated using artificial intelligence and should not be considered professional advice (e.g., legal, medical, or financial).
4. Data Use and Cross-Border Transfers
   We collect and process data globally. By using the App, you consent to your data being transferred, processed, and stored outside of your country, including but not limited to the United States and European Union.
5. User Responsibilities
   You agree not to:
   • Post unlawful, hateful, or offensive content
   • Violate intellectual-property rights
   • Use the App for political or harmful purposes (especially in restricted jurisdictions)
   In China, you also agree to comply with PRC regulations (e.g., not undermining national unity, security, or morality).
6. Intellectual Property
   All content, illustrations, AI responses, and branding are the property of 4AVS Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the App.
7. Subscription & Payments
   Some features are available via in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payments are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms. We do not store your payment details.
8. Limitation of Liability
   To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The App is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Suspension or Termination
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
10. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by:
    • United States law for users located in the U.S.
    • Laws of the People’s Republic of China for users in Mainland China
    • English law (or Hong Kong law) for all other users unless required otherwise
